DAY 1. Tenerife

Departure from the airport to vote city (timetables according to flights) Arrival in Tenerife South or North.

Welcome by your French-speaking guide and transfer to the hotel. Installation at the Maritim Hotel (local or similar standards) in Puerto de la Cruz.

Buffet dinner and night at the hotel.


Breakfast at the hotel. Departure in the morning to the village of Puerto Santiago, at the foot of the cliffs of los Gigantes. You will embark at 11:00 a.m. for a 3-hour sea excursion, during which you will go to meet the pilot whales and dolphins.

The boat will stop in Masca Creek for a swim break and lunch. Fresh drinks will be served during the cruise. Return to dock at 2 p.m.

In the afternoon we will continue to Garachico and Icod de los Vinos to see his thousand-year-old dragon tree and take a walk.

Buffet dinner and night at the hotel.


Breakfast at the hotel. Departure in the morning to Santa Cruz, the capital of Tenerife. You will see the cabildo (Canary government), the sea promenade, the auditorium… then we'll drive through the Anaga massif. We will make photo stops at the vantage point of the Mercedes and you can admire the view of the Laguna and the Teide.

We will arrive in San Cristobal de la Laguna, a former Capital unesco World Heritage Site.

Lunch in a typical Canarian restaurant, former home converted into a restaurant and then visit the Laguna.

Return in the late afternoon. Dinner and night.


Breakfast at the hotel. Road to the Teide.

The Teide National Park is located in the centre of the island, at an average altitude of 2,000 meters, and its summit is the highest point of Spain, at 3,718 meters high. You will revel in landscapes that you think will come from another planet. You will breathe the clean air of the highest peak in Spain. You will walk among the volcanic lava and you will feel tiny compared to the impressive environment listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Downhill and lunch at a typical local restaurant.

In the afternoon we will visit the village of Orotava, with its colorful houses and wooden houses.

Return in the late afternoon. Dinner and night.


Departure very early from your hotel to the port of los Cristianos. Board the ferry at 8.45am for an hour-long crossing to the nearby island, the Gomera.

Breakfast on board the boat.

Visit Garajonay National Park, a Unesco World Heritage Site. Lunch at a family restaurant in the heart of the park.

Crossing the deep valleys with lush vegetation to San Sebastian in the footsteps of Christopher Columbus. Return by 5pm ferry. Dinner and night at the hotel.


Breakfast at the hotel. Visit in the morning of the botanical garden of Puerto de la Cruz then drive to the village of El Sauzal, to visit a wine cellar and attend a culinary workshop.

You will have the opportunity to make your own Canarian mojo sauce. In small groups, you will need to use the ingredients placed on the table, to make a red mojo sauce, and a green mojo sauce.

Tasting local products: spread chorizo, cresson butter, almogrote (Gomera specialty), Canarian fried potatoes, local cheese on toats… then come the famous black pig baked.

Back in the afternoon and free time in the village.

Dinner and night at the hotel.


Breakfast at the hotel. Day visit to the Loro Parque wildlife park. You will see different species of parrots, orcas, dolphins, penguins and other animals.

In the evening you will dine to the sound of Canarian folklore. Dinner tasting canarian products accompanied by a trio of musicians.

DAY 8. return

Breakfast at the hotel. Free morning.

Transfer to the airport (timetables according to flight plan)


Gomera: Watercress and gofio soup, potatoes and sauces, tuna confit with onions, dessert. Wine, water, bread.

La Laguna: Local tomatoes and cheese, various croquettes, braised tuna, pork with Canarian spices, braised cheese, potatoes, dessert of the day. Bread, sauces, water and wine.

Bodega menu: Canarian potatoes, mojo sauces, watercress butter, chorizo, toast with fresh cheese, black pig, dessert, bread, water, wine.

Canarian menu: Braised cheese with mojo, candied cod with onions, Canary chicken, rabbit in Salmorejo sauce, potatoes, Canarian dessert (Quesillo and Bienmensabe)
