In a chaotic world of petrified lava, the ocean crashes into a small bay at the bottom of which are two vaulted caves separated by a natural pillar.

Continue to el Golfo. Stopping at Lago Verde (green lake) one of the most spectacular places of the Canary Islands, it is part of these spectacular landscapes sculpted by fire, sea and wind.

The real name of the Lago Verde is "La Laguna de los Clicos".  It is a species of amphitheatre open to the ocean that formed as a result of the eruptions of 1730. In fact, the green lagoon is part of the crater of a volcano, which we can identify if we close the cone.

Then visit Timanfaya National Park.

The Fire Mountains or Timanfaya are part of a large area affected by volcanic eruptions that took place in Lanzarote between 1730 and 1736, and later in 1824. This long eruptive process, one of the most important and spectacular of the earth's historical volcanism.

A volcanic site of 5,000 hectares, it is home to the mountain mountains of Fuego (mountains of fire) which are still the site of volcanic activity. You will visit the place by coach, but it will not be possible to get off, access to the park is very regulated. Regardless, Timanfaya Park is worth a visit: petrified lava flows, crevices, craters, nature has not yet regained its rights.
